This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP“) describes activities that are prohibited on the websites and services operated by 1450 Enterprises, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our“), including 1450enterprises.com and all subdomains (the “Sites“). This AUP supplements our Terms and Conditions; violations of this AUP are violations of those Terms.
Prohibited Activities
You may not, and you may not permit any third party to, use the Sites or any digital product purchased from us to:
Violate law or rights – Violate any applicable law, regulation, or court order – Infringe any third party’s intellectual property rights – Violate any third party’s privacy or right of publicity – Engage in fraud, theft, or any deceptive practice
Harm or harass – Harass, threaten, defame, or stalk any person – Promote violence, hatred, or discrimination based on protected characteristics – Post content that exploits or endangers minors
Compromise security – Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Sites, accounts, networks, or systems – Bypass authentication, rate limits, paywalls, or access controls – Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system without prior written consent – Upload viruses, malware, ransomware, trojans, worms, or any other harmful code
Disrupt or abuse
– Interfere with or disrupt the Sites, servers, or networks
– Conduct denial-of-service attacks
– Use automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Sites at high volume or in violation of robots.txt, except for established search engine indexing
– Send unsolicited commercial messages (spam) using contact details obtained from the Sites
– Generate excessive load that degrades service for other users
Misuse content – Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or republish digital products outside the license granted to you – Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright notice, watermark, attribution, or other proprietary marker – Use our content to train AI models or systems without prior written authorization – Use our content as input to automated systems that produce derivative outputs sold or distributed by you, except as expressly licensed
Misrepresent – Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity – Use false header information or otherwise disguise the origin of any communication
Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it to info@1450enterprises.com.
Enforcement
We may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice:
- Remove or restrict content that violates this AUP
- Suspend or terminate your account
- Cancel pending or future orders
- Cooperate with law enforcement and regulatory inquiries
- Pursue any other remedy available at law or in equity
We are not obligated to monitor activity but reserve the right to do so to enforce this AUP and protect the Sites and our users.
Changes
We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Sites or by email. Continued use of the Sites after changes constitutes acceptance.
