This Refund Policy applies to all digital products purchased from 1450 Enterprises, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our“) through any of our websites, including 1450enterprises.com and all subdomains.
All Sales Are Final
All purchases of digital products are final and non-refundable. Once a digital product is delivered, it cannot be returned. Unlike physical goods, digital products — ebooks, worksheets, workflow templates, downloadable tools, and similar materials — cannot be “returned” in any meaningful sense: once you have downloaded or accessed the file, you retain access to it. There is no way for us to verify that all copies have been deleted.
For this reason, we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or credits on digital product purchases.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You have reviewed the product description, sample content (where available), and any other information about the product before purchasing
- You understand that digital products are non-returnable
- You waive any statutory cooling-off or withdrawal period that would otherwise apply to digital content (where the law permits such waiver)
Limited Exceptions
We will consider exceptions in the following narrow circumstances:
1. Defective or corrupted file. If the digital product file you downloaded is corrupted, incomplete, or technically unusable through no fault of your own, contact sales@1450enterprises.com within 7 days of purchase. We will provide a working file. If we cannot, we will refund the purchase price.
2. Charged but never delivered. If your payment was processed but you never received access to the product (no download link, no email, no account credit), contact sales@1450enterprises.com. We will deliver the product or refund the purchase.
3. Duplicate purchase. If you accidentally purchased the same product twice, contact sales@1450enterprises.com within 7 days. We will refund the duplicate.
These exceptions are at our sole discretion. To request consideration under any exception, email sales@1450enterprises.com with:
- Your order number
- The email address used for purchase
- A description of the issue
- Any supporting evidence (e.g., screenshot of the error)
We aim to respond within 5 business days.
Subscription Products
[If we begin offering subscription products in the future:] You may cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not refund amounts already charged for the current billing period. You retain access through the end of the period you have already paid for.
Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card issuer without first contacting us at sales@1450enterprises.com is a violation of these Terms. We reserve the right to:
- Suspend or terminate your account
- Block future purchases
- Pursue collection of the disputed amount, including reasonable costs of collection
- Provide your information to our payment processor and to dispute resolution services
If you believe your purchase was unauthorized or fraudulent, contact us first. We will work with you in good faith to resolve the issue.
